Should the City build a pedestrian/bicycle bridge? (Granada & Riverview)

We need your input! The City is planning to build a pedestrian/bicycle bridge to provide access over the Fresno River, at N. Granada/Riverview Drive. The proposal is to build the bridge parallel to the vehicle crossing. The estimated cost of this project is in the range of $1.5 million with most funding expected to come from Caltrans and other grants.
