City opens Community Development Block Grant application period for 2023-2024
The City of Madera is pleased to announce the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the 2023-2024 Program Year. The estimated amount of this year’s CDBG allocation is $950,000. The City invites eligible organizations and agencies to submit applications for funding of programs and projects to address key City of Madera priorities, as identified in the 2021-2024 Consolidated Plan.
All organizations interested in applying for CDBG funds are encouraged to attend the Technical Assistance Workshop on 1/26/23 @ 5:30 pm via Zoom by visiting www.madera.gov/cdbg-zoom.
Please note that applications must be received by Feb. 22, 2023, at 5 PM. Please refer to the timeline, program, and application information for more information. The online application will be posted on the City’s website beginning January 20, 2023.
