The City is pleased to announce the completion of a major upgrade to its utility billing system. To access the new online payment system customers will need to register an account using the City’s new Citizen Self Service (CSS) portal. Registration will require both your account, and newly assigned customer ID numbers. This information can be found printed on billing statements beginning in September. These changes do not affect customers enrolled in ACH (autopay), as enrollment information was automatically carried over. For customers who experienced difficulty in paying last month’s utility bill due to the sudden requirement of newly issued customer ID numbers, please note that the City is waving all late penalties on utility service until further notice.
