TRAFFIC ALERT: Notice of construction

Seal Rite Paving and Grading will begin the construction of pedestrian facilities on Howard Road between North Pine Street and Fairview Avenue and the streets surrounding John Adams elementary school (Schnoor between National and W. 3rd, W. 3rd between Schnoor and Williams, Williams between W. 3rd and National, and National between W. 3rd and Schnoor). The project area and surrounding streets will be subject to construction traffic control. “Slow for the cones”. Access to businesses and residents will be maintained at all times.
