Notice of funding availability for CDBG FY 2024-2025

Every year, the City of Madera receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These funds play an important role in making our community a better place for everyone. The purpose of CDBG funds is to assist with developing vibrant and sustainable communities by offering affordable housing, fostering a suitable living environment, and expanding economic opportunities for individuals and families with low to moderate incomes.
