Madera’s Women of the Year honored

The City of Madera’s residents have named their Women of the Year! Seven outstanding women, Kathy Nishimoto, Mattie Mendez, Mona Davie, Lucy Salazar, Leonor Hipolito, Matilda Maravilla, and Alisha Brown, were recognized at the March 15th City Council meeting for their dedication to the Madera community. Last year’s Women of the Year presented them with flowers, and we’re thrilled to see our community come together to celebrate their achievements. Congratulations to these deserving women!
