City of Madera Opens Public Comment Period for 2025–2029 HUD Funding Plans
The City of Madera invites residents to review and provide feedback on its 2025–2029 Consolidated Plan and the 2025/26 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME). The 30-day public comment period runs from July 12 through August 12, 2025. These plans outline how federal HUD funds will be used to address housing, infrastructure, and community development needs.
