Almond Park ribbon-cutting held

The ribbon has been cut on a brand new neighborhood park near Alpha Elementary School. Almond Park (890 Ivy Glen Drive) is the first of several new parks that will soon be built in Madera. Almond Park was built by Joseph Crown, the developer of the subdivision the park is in, who detailed the accomplishment and cited the importance of partnerships as he spoke about what is yet to come at the ribbon-cutting ceremony held on August 15th. Local vendor Fruitbergs, located on Howard Road, provided free fruit cups and rolled ice cream to eager attendees excited about the new play features and green space. #ParksMakeLifeBetter
