Specialized needs programs are developed in order to provide equal access to recreational opportunities, as well as enhance physical, cognitive, emotional, and social functioning to participants with disabilities. The City of Madera partners with Madera Special Needs Sports & Recreation (MSNSR) to offer Specialized Needs Programs to City of Madera residents.
