Loan Review Committee
The City of Madera's Loan Review Committee (LRC) reviews and approves loan and grant applications for housing assistance programs, including first-time homebuyer and owner-occupied rehabilitation programs. The committee is composed of residents with expertise in residential lending, real estate, and building trades, providing guidance to ensure applications align with the City's goals and policies.
