Long Range Property Management Plan
Pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 34191.5 (b), the City of Madera Successor Agency submitted a revised Long-Range Property Management Plan to the California Department of Finance on February 19, 2015. The Department of Finance approved the Agency’s Long-Range Property Management Plan on March 16, 2015.
