Council Meetings & Agendas

The Madera City Council holds regular meetings on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Madera City Hall, 205 W. 4th Street, Madera, CA 93637.

All City Council meetings, except Closed Sessions, are open to the public. Closed Sessions may be held to discuss matters such as litigation, personnel issues, claims, or sensitive real estate negotiations in accordance with state law.

Meeting agendas for regular meetings are posted at least 72 hours in advance, both on the bulletin board at City Hall and on the City of Madera website. Agendas for special meetings are posted at least 24 hours in advance, pursuant to Government Code 54954.2(a)(1).
