Development Review Committee
The Development Review Committee (DRC), which is made up of an interdepartmental City team, is responsible for the review of preliminary maps (for subdivisions of five or more parcels or units) for general layout and aesthetics and making it's recommendations for approval or conditional approval to the Planning Commission. The Development Review Committee is also responsible for approving, conditionally approving, or denying an application for tentative parcel map applications of four or fewer lots or units.
