Housing Grants & Assistance Programs

The Housing Grants and Assistance Programs administered by the City of Madera help improve housing quality, expand homeownership opportunities, and support neighborhood revitalization efforts. These programs are funded through state and federal sources and are designed to benefit low- and moderate-income residents.

As an entitlement grantee of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Madera is committed to promoting fair and equitable housing opportunities for all residents.
