Applications & Funding Opportunities
The City of Madera annually receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These funds support projects and programs that provide decent affordable housing, a suitable living environment, and expanded economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income residents.
Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) – FY 2024–2025
The City invites eligible organizations to apply for CDBG funds through its annual Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and Request for Applications. Funding priorities are guided by the City’s current Five-Year Consolidated Plan (2020–2024) Priorities.
