Park/Facility Rentals

The City of Madera Parks & Community Services Department offers a wide variety of facilities, parks, and athletic fields available to rent for your next event. Whether you're planning a birthday party, anniversary celebration, or corporate gathering, we have the perfect space for you.

Reservation Information

Rental Deadlines

• Facility Rentals: Up to 1 year in advance; at least 30 days prior
• Park Rentals: Up to 1 year in advance; at least 7 days prior
• Field Rentals: Up to 1 year in advance; at least 3 days prior

All facility rentals require liability insurance coverage. If alcohol is present, the renter must contract a bonded security company. Alcohol is only allowed at the Pan-American Community Center and Rotary Park Pavilion (additional fees apply). Full payment is required to secure your reservation.

Rental Hours

• Outdoor Facilities: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM
• Indoor Facilities: 10:30 AM – 11:30 PM
  • Cleaning time until 1:00 AM
  • Early entry available from 8:00 AM (fee applies)

Note: Multi-date sports field and facility rentals must be made in-office.

Weekly field reservation schedules are posted below and updated regularly:

Field Rental Guidelines

• Two-hour minimum per field
• Two-hour minimum for light usage
• Fees vary depending on usage
• Tournaments not hosted by the City require liability insurance coverage

Tournament Rentals & Fees

All non-City hosted tournaments are required to pay a tournament fee in addition to standard rental charges.
