You may report the following non-emergency incidents online using the FRONTLINE system:

• Annoying or Harassing Telephone Calls
  No suspect information and no threats of immediate bodily injury or death. Must have occurred within the City of Madera.
  Example: Repeated calls requesting personal information or attempting to scam you.
• Child Custody Court Order Violations
  Incident must have occurred within the City of Madera. Domestic Violence or Emergency Protective Order violations should not be reported online.
  Example: A parent fails to appear for a court-ordered custody exchange.
• Fraudulent Use of a Credit or Access Card
  No suspect information and total unauthorized charges under $950.
  Example: An unauthorized purchase under $950 appears on your account.
• Identity Theft
  No suspect information and total financial loss of $950 or less.
  Example: An unfamiliar inquiry appears on your credit report.
